2	Parts Source	Consigned/Kitted You may provide all components along with BOM and packing list (item number, manufacturer part number, and quantity).
		Turnkey PCBasic offers complete turnkey PCB assembly, sourcing from reliable, authorized distributors only. We guarantee zero markup on component costs and confirm every purchase with you.
		Partial Turnkey You can supply key ICs or special components, and we’ll handle the rest. Our procurement team ensures cost efficiency, traceability, and quality consistency.
3	Assembly Options	We support SMT (Surface Mount Technology), DIP (Through-Hole Assembly), and Hybrid processes. Both single-side and double-side assemblies are available. Our selective soldering and nitrogen reflow systems ensure high reliability for complex assemblies.
4	Types of Solder	We provide both lead-free (RoHS compliant) and leaded soldering options. Nitrogen reflow ovens and selective wave soldering systems minimize oxidation and guarantee smooth, reliable joints.
5	Stencils	We use laser-cut stainless steel stencils with micron-level precision for fine-pitch and BGA components. Nano-coated stencils are available upon request for improved paste release and consistency.
6	Minimum Order	We welcome both prototype and small-batch orders, starting from as few as 5 pieces. Our flexible production system helps reduce cost while maintaining manufacturing efficiency.

13	Repair & Rework	We offer BGA reballing, component rework, and repair services using precise rework stations and X-ray alignment. This ensures cost-effective recovery of high-value boards.
14	Final Assembly (Box Build)	Beyond PCBA, we provide box build and system integration services, including mechanical assembly, cable harnessing, testing, labeling, and packaging, enabling true end-to-end delivery.
