At PCBasic, we offer a complete range of services from PCB manufacturing, electronic component procurement to circuit board assembly. PCBasic is UL certified and obtained multiple international quality system certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949. We have a comprehensive electronic component procurement plan. Moreover, to better support our customers, we offer four flexible electronic component procurement options. You can choose the one that suits your actual needs.

1. Turnkey Procurement

Turnkey procurement means that all components are uniformly purchased by PCBasic. PCBasic ensures that all purchased components come from authorized and reliable original factory channels. (All components have been confirmed by the customer. Without confirmation, PCBasic will never replace or substitute any component.)

2. Partial Turnkey

This approach involves you providing some components yourself, while the remaining parts are purchased on your behalf by PCBasic.

3. Kitted / Consigned

You supply all the components, and we handle the soldering and assembly.

4. Customer-Designated Sourcing

PCBasic will purchase the components on your behalf based on the component suppliers you specify. (However, we cannot guarantee the quality stability for components from unauthorized channels.)

PCBasic has excellent channel partnerships for components and maintains long-term stable cooperative relationships with many well-known global authorized distributors. We can provide original high-quality components. At the same time, we also have cooperative relationships with many reliable domestic electronic component suppliers. Local suppliers have a large inventory, which can help us save a lot of component procurement time and improve delivery efficiency. Usually, it takes about 5-7 working days to obtain components depending on the specific situation. If the customs clearance time is too long, it will take even longer.

How to obtain component quotations?

To ensure your quotations are more accurate and faster, please provide a complete BOM, which should include the following information:

        Component manufacturer and part number

        Package form and specification description

        Quantity used and designator

        Material or technical parameters

After preparing the BOM, you can submit your requirements through our quotation system.
