PCBasic Testing & Quality Assurance 

PCBasic has established a comprehensive PCBA testing and quality control system, covering the entire process from functional verification to environmental and structural reliability testing. Our services include Programming & Functional Testing, FCT (Functional Circuit Testing), Flying Probe Testing, Temperature & Humidity Testing, Vibration Testing, and Drop Testing, ensuring that potential defects are detected before delivery and every board performs reliably.

In terms of equipment, we are equipped with advanced systems such as Fully Automatic Solder Paste Printers, SPI (Solder Paste Inspection), Nitrogen Reflow Ovens, Inline AOI, Selective Wave Soldering Machines, 3D X-Ray Inspection Systems, Flying Probe Testers, and Deionized Water Cleaning Machines. Combined with our MES intelligent management and full traceability system, we significantly reduce defect and rework rates while greatly improving First Pass Yield (FPY).
