The distance between the copper trace and the board outline is less than 0.20 mm.
For safe fabrication and to avoid copper exposure during routing, PCBasic requires at least 0.20 mm clearance between the trace and the board edge.
1. Increase the board outline spacing to ensure the minimum 0.20 mm clearance is met.
2. If the distance remains smaller than 0.20 mm, PCBasic will remove the excess copper near the edge to prevent short circuits or exposed copper after cutting.
3. Alternatively, our engineering team may slightly adjust the trace position to maintain a safe 0.20 mm clearance between the trace and the board outline.
Maintaining proper clearance helps ensure manufacturing accuracy and prevents electrical or mechanical damage along the PCB edges.
