If the system shows "assembly quotation failed", there may be the following reasons. Please refer to the corresponding suggestions for modification and then resubmit:

1. If the BOM (Bill of Materials) lacks component designators, the system will be unable to identify the position of each component on the circuit board. Please add the designators (such as R1, C5, U3, etc.) to the BOM and send the updated file to your sales or customer service representative.
2. Some components are out of stock. Please provide alternative models or authorize the PCBasic engineering team to assist in finding equivalent substitutes. Update the BOM and resubmit it for review.
3. The provided component numbers do not match our supply chain database. Please check and update the correct part numbers, then send them to your sales representative or re-upload.
4. The BOM is missing component numbers or parameter information, and the system cannot identify the specific component specifications. Please add complete model, package, and parameter (such as resistance value, capacitance value, voltage, tolerance, etc.) information to the BOM and resubmit it.
To expedite the review and quotation process, please ensure that the uploaded files contain the following:
A complete BOM file (Excel)
Gerber files
Coordinate files (Pick & Place / Centroid)
Assembly requirements description (such as single or double-sided mounting, soldering process, etc.)
