Vias Process in Design Does Not Match Order Option | PCBasic Review Notice

Reason for Review Failure:

The via process in your PCB design does not match the option selected in your PCBasic order.

If your file is an Altium project, and the vias are designed as uncovered (as shown below), but you selected tenting vias when placing the order, our engineers cannot determine which option to follow. To prevent any production errors, we need your confirmation before proceeding.

PCBasic Suggestions:

1. For Altium files:

If the vias in your Altium design are uncovered, please make sure to select “Uncovered vias” when submitting your order on the PCBasic platform.

If you are not completely sure about your via setting, you can simply leave a remark, our engineering team will review your design and update the process accordingly before production.

2. For Gerber files:

PCBasic will always follow the Gerber file data as the final reference.

Even if you selected “tenting vias” online, but the Gerber file shows uncovered vias, production will proceed according to the Gerber file.

Please verify your design carefully before confirming the order to ensure the via process matches your requirements.
