What should I do if I want to update Gerber or BOM files?

If you need to update the Gerber or BOM files, please simply send the latest version of the files to your PCBasic dedicated sales or service representative.

If the changes are minor (such as silkscreen text, local parameters, component packaging, etc., for fine-tuning), you can simply describe the modifications in an email. Our engineering team will update the original order accordingly.

If the changes are significant (such as layer structure adjustment, board outline alteration, component re-arrangement, etc.), we will re-evaluate the quotation and delivery schedule after confirming the impact of the changes.

You don't need to re-create the order on the website. Just make sure the new file is named clearly and inform us of the version that needs to be replaced. If the order has entered the production stage, please contact your service representative as soon as possible to confirm whether the modification can still be carried out.
