PCBasic Turn-Time Policy

To ensure transparency and controllability of delivery schedules, PCBasic’s production lead time starts only after all the following conditions are met:

1. We have received all complete documentation, including Gerber files, BOM, Centroid/placement files, assembly drawings, stack-up and thickness requirements, surface finish, and any special process instructions.

2. Our engineering team has completed DFM review and file verification, and feedback has been provided.

3. You have rechecked and confirmed the final version in writing (including approval of any substitutions or process adjustments).

4. (If applicable) Payment or deposit has been received, and customer-supplied materials (for consigned or partial consigned orders) have been delivered and verified.

Once all of the above steps are completed, production will begin immediately, and the turn-time will start from that moment.

Additional Notes:

•  For assembly orders, the total lead time depends on component availability. For turnkey or partial turnkey orders, the lead time starts from the date when the last key component arrives.

•  Any design changes, documentation updates, or additional requirements will trigger a new confirmation, and the delivery time will be recalculated accordingly.

•  For expedited orders, please inform us before confirmation, and PCBasic will provide a feasible expedited plan and a guaranteed delivery schedule.
