Compared to PCB prototyping or production, the delivery time of assembly orders is longer, which is caused by the combined influence of multiple factors.
1. The procurement cycle for components is quite long. Some components need to be sourced from overseas channels, which involves the time for international transportation and customs clearance. Moreover, for some special or customized types of components, their production cycle is already long, which will consequently lead to an extended overall delivery time.
2. The manufacturing cycle time for PCBs is relatively long. If the PCB order also includes custom boards or special processing techniques, the production cycle will be further prolonged accordingly.
Suggestion:
If the delivery cycle of some parts is too long, it is recommended to communicate with your sales or engineering staff to find a compatible alternative model.
If you already have some components in hand, you can choose to assemble them in-house. We will start production promptly based on the received components.
