International Order & Shipping Information | PCBasic

PCBasic provides international shipping services to over 170 countries and regions.

Normally, we can arrange shipment within 2–4 days after you place an order. The delivery time may vary depending on your destination and the shipping option selected. Each method has a different average delivery period:

•  International Express – Delivery within 3–7 days after the package leaves our international shipping facility.

•  International Economy – Delivery within 5–20 days after the package leaves our international shipping facility.

Please note that these timeframes are in addition to the processing time required for your order to reach our international shipping facility from the PCBasic warehouse.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs vary depending on the item, quantity, destination, and shipping method.

Your order total, including all shipping fees, will be displayed during checkout — there are no additional shipping charges upon delivery.

International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected service level (Economy or Express), total order weight, and destination postal code.

Tariffs, taxes, and additional fees (such as remote area surcharges or special parts handling) are not included.
