What should I do if I find any problems after receiving the product?

If you encounter any abnormalities or issues after receiving our PCBA, please follow the steps below and we will handle the matter for you as soon as possible:

 

1. Please immediately report the problem to our after-sales team and provide clear photos or videos of the issue so that we can make an initial assessment of the situation.

 

2. If possible, please provide your initial analysis or observations regarding the cause of the problem. This will assist our engineers in locating the root cause more quickly.

 

3. If the problem involves specific components, please mark the corresponding designator in the feedback, such as R1, C3, U2, etc., so that we can verify it.

 

Please note:

 

Before confirming the cause of the problem with us, please do not attempt to repair or modify the circuit board by yourself. Because once the board is repaired, it may prevent our engineers from accurately determining the root cause of the original problem.
