Can you program the components?

Sure. PCBasic offers IC programming services. Before the chip is installed on the circuit board, we can program some ICs according to the code provided by the customer.

    Service content: Supports burning of MCUs, EEPROMs, FLASHs, CPLDs, FPGAs and other programmable devices.

    Programming timing: Completed before SMT assembly to ensure that the chip is ready as the final program upon installation.

    Supported packaging types: DIP, SDIP, SOP, MSOP, QSOP, SSOP, TSOP, TSSOP, PLCC, QFP, QFN, MLP, MLF, BGA, CSP, SOT, etc.

    Confidentiality: We highly value intellectual property protection. If the customer requests, a NDA confidentiality agreement can be signed.

Process:

    The customer provides the model of the programmable chip and the programming file (such as.hex, .bin, etc.);

    Engineers confirm compatibility and programming method;

    After programming, perform functional verification and marking;

    Proceed to the subsequent SMT assembly process.
