Reason for Failed Review:

Our engineers find that the file you uploaded appears to be a production file from another factory, rather than the original PCB design file.

Since different manufacturers apply different production rules and engineering compensations (such as trace width adjustments, solder mask expansion, and via size compensation), using a production file from another source may cause dimensional deviations in vias, copper traces, and pads.

To ensure that your PCB is produced with the exact sizes and tolerances you require, the original PCB design file is necessary.

PCBasic Suggestions

1. Please upload your original PCB design file (for example: .pcb, .pcbdoc, .brd, .kicad_pcb, etc.) so we can accurately generate the correct Gerber data for production.

2. If you must use the production file from another factory, please also include the original PCB file as a reference. This allows our engineers to verify and adjust the production file according to your original design to ensure precise manufacturing.
