No Stamp Holes Found on Tab-Routed Panel

Reason for Failed Review:

Your design shows that the boards are panelized using tab routing, but there are no stamp holes included along the tab routes.

Stamp holes are required to facilitate smooth and clean depanelization after assembly. Without them, the boards may be difficult to separate or may leave rough edges.

PCBasic Suggestions:

When uploading tab-routed panel designs, please ensure that:

•  The tab spacing between boards is at least 1.6 mm.

•  Stamp holes are added along the tab routes.

•  Recommended hole size: 0.5–0.6 mm

•  Minimum spacing between holes: ≥ 0.25 mm

Including stamp holes in your tab routing ensures easy depanelization, prevents board damage, and guarantees a smoother edge finish in PCBasic’s production process.
