When you choose to provide your own components, please pay attention to the following points:
1. Component Identification: Each component package must have a clear label, and the label information must be consistent with the BOM (Bill of Materials), including part number, package, component value or specification, etc. If conditions permit, we recommend that you mark the code (Reference Designator) on each package, such as R1, C5, U3, etc. If there is any information that does not match the BOM, please contact us in advance for correction.
2. Excess Components: To compensate for equipment material loss or accidental scrapping, we require our customers to provide a certain quantity of spare components.

For example, if a certain type of resistor requires 40 pieces for assembly, then 70 pieces should be provided (minimum 50 pieces + additional 30 pieces).
3. Packaging Requirements
For SMT components that are not in reel packaging, they should be in the form of continuous tape and must not be cut randomly.
If the same SMT component is to be used in multiple circuit boards, please keep it on the same continuous roll or spool.
Packaged ICs and connectors in tube or tray form are also acceptable.
Please avoid using bulk bag packaging to prevent a decrease in assembly efficiency or confusion of components.
4. Shipping Requirements
When sending the components, please make sure to:
Fill in the correct delivery address, contact person's name and contact number;
Mark your PCB order number on the package or the shipping label;
After the shipment is completed, please inform your business representative of the delivery tracking number (Tracking No.).
5. Component Quality
Please ensure that the components provided are of good quality, brand new, without any signs of oxidation, deformation, moisture absorption or damage. If any defective components are received, PCBasic will not be held responsible for any delays or issues caused thereby.
6. Invoice and Customs Declaration Documents (Shipping Invoice)
Please include the following information in the shipping invoice for customs clearance:

7. Customs Declaration and Declared Value
Please truthfully declare the value of the components. If the declared amount does not match the actual value, the package may be returned or detained by the customs, resulting in a delay in delivery. The customs duties and transportation costs for self-supplied components sent to China shall be borne by the customer themselves.
