When submitting the PCB assembly order, please make sure to provide the following necessary documents to ensure that we can carry out production accurately and efficiently:
Gerber files: These are used to define each layer of the PCB, including copper layers, solder mask layers, screen printing layers, drilling data, and outline boundaries. Please ensure that the files are complete and include the board outline and positioning marks.
BOM file:Please provide the complete BOM file, including:

Component designator
Component model / specification / packaging quantity
Brand or supplier (if any)
We recommended you to use Excel format (xls/xlsx).
Assembly Drawing: If there is no complete silk-screen information on the PCB, please provide an assembly drawing for reference. The drawing should clearly indicate:
The component position is consistent with the PCB
The polarity direction of the component (such as LED, IC, diode, etc.)
You can also attach a simple assembly instruction diagram (in PDF or image format).
Center of gravity file: This file is used for SMT soldering positioning and can be in .csv, .txt, .xls or .pos format. It should include:
Component designator
X coordinate, Y coordinate (in mm)
Rotation angle
Surface (Top / Bottom)
Important Notice:
If you are unsure about the file format or completeness of the content, you can package the file and send it to our sales or engineers. We will assist in checking and confirming it.
