Why is the delivery time displayed online different from the final delivery time of the assembly order?

The delivery time displayed in the online system is only the estimated time for the PCB production process. The final delivery cycle for the assembly order needs to be confirmed after it has been approved by the engineering review.

This is because the total cycle of the assembly order always includes the following three steps:

    PCB manufacturing time

    Component procurement and delivery time

    SMT/DIP assembly and testing time

Among them, the procurement cycle of components is a key factor affecting the delivery time. Some components need to be purchased from overseas channels or imported through customs, which usually takes 5-7 working days. If there are delays in customs clearance or logistics, the overall delivery time may be postponed accordingly.
