Can we conduct the test after the assembly is completed?

Yes, after the assembly is completed, PCBasic can offer you a variety of testing services. Usually,

For all SMT assembly boards, we will conduct AOI inspection to verify issues such as solder joint quality, polarity direction, and component absence. For hidden solder joints in areas like BGA and QFN, if you request it, we will provide the corresponding X-Ray test report and images.

The following optional tests are also available:

LED lighting test: If there are a large number of LEDs on the circuit board, we strongly recommend conducting a lighting test. Otherwise, based on visual inspection alone, there is approximately a 2% potential failure rate. If testing is required, please provide the testing process, image descriptions or lighting effect pictures so that we can accurately carry out the test.

Functional Test (FCT): We can conduct functional testing according to your requirements to verify the working status of the entire machine or module. If necessary, please provide detailed test methods, step instructions, connection diagrams, and try to include test videos or reference pictures.

Our factory is equipped with regular multimeters and basic instruments. However, if your test requires the use of special fixtures or testing equipment, please provide them as well.
