In standard PCB designs, the center of each castellated (half) hole is positioned exactly on the board outline.

However, in your file, the castellated holes are only partially aligned with the outline, which makes it unclear whether this is an intentional design choice or an error.

To avoid incorrect milling or plating, PCBasic needs to confirm this with you before proceeding.

1. Please refer to PCBasic’s castellated hole design guidelines for standard positioning and layout requirements:
https://www.pcbasic.com/helpcenter/design_half_castellated_holes.html

2. If your partial castellated hole placement is intentional, please add a remark when placing the order (e.g., “Castellated holes are partially offset from the outline — please fabricate as designed”).

3. Ensure the minimum spacing between castellated holes ≥ 0.55 mm.

4. Ensure the minimum hole diameter ≥ 0.6 mm.

Following these standards helps PCBasic guarantee accurate alignment, proper plating, and reliable electrical connection for castellated edge designs.
