Board Size

The board size refers to the length and width of the PCB ordered by the customer.

•  For circular boards, the length and width are measured by the diameter of the circle.

•  For irregular-shaped boards, the length and width are determined by the maximum outline dimensions of the shape.

Board Size

If you upload a panelized Gerber file, the board size refers to the overall panel size.

As shown in the image below, this is an example of a panelized design.

Board Size

1. Single Board

For standard FR-4 PCBs:

•  Minimum size: 3mm × 3mm

•  Maximum size for single- and double-layer boards: 600mm × 1200mm

•  Maximum size for multi-layer boards: 600mm × 700mm

For FPC boards:

•  Available size range: 3mm × 3mm to 100mm × 100mm

2. V-Cut Panel Board

For V-cut panels:

•  Minimum size: 45mm (side without V-cut) × 60mm (side with V-cut)

•  Maximum size: 600mm × 1200mm

3. Stamp Holes / Tab-Route Panel Board

For panels separated by stamp holes or tab routes, there are no specific size limits for the panel itself.

However, the following technical requirements must be met:

•  Stamp hole diameter: greater than 0.45mm

•  Hole spacing: ≥ 0.3mm

•  Panel connection bridge width: not less than 1.5mm
