Board Outline Design Standard – Corner Overlap Detected

Reason for Failed Review:

Your PCB outline design includes 4 corner areas that overlap with the board outline. Due to these overlaps, it is unclear whether the corner sections should be cut out or kept, which may result in the final PCB dimensions differing from your intended design.

PCBasic Suggestions:

1. Please design the board outline with the desired corner radius (radian) directly in your CAD file to clearly indicate the intended shape.

2. Remove any overlapping or redundant corner outlines to ensure the outline is clean, continuous, and unambiguous.
